The Rosabrook Syrah originates from a cool site selected specifically to capture its aromatic qualities and spice. It undergoes a wild fermentation process with solids to enhance its texture, followed by aging on lees to enrich its mouthfeel. Just before bottling, a touch of Gewurztraminer is added for seasoning. This wine is unfined and unfiltered, resulting in a spicy, floral, and refreshing profile.

Nick, the maker, and Sarah, the master, craft small-batch, single-vineyard, low-intervention wines of texture and character from Margaret River, employing unconventional varieties and techniques. Their approach is gentle, steering clear of fining and filtering, and instead, they prioritize sensitivity to the wines' needs over imposing pre-existing recipes.
