Refund policy

Wine is a living thing and we understand that at times you may not be satisfied with your procurement. 

If you notify us within 14 days of purchase, we will offer a full exchange for any unopened products which are returned to us in good condition 14 days after notification. We will endeavour to exchange the goods with an equivalent available product of your choice.

 

PRICE MATCH

We will match any price of our wines advertised on our site by competitors. Wines, vintages and selling conditions must be identical.
