A lively straw-yellow hue immediately draws attention, signaling the wine's freshness and vibrancy. On the nose, it reveals an articulate bouquet of bright citrus notes, underscored by subtle herbaceous undertones that evoke freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs. The palate is equally expressive, with crisp acidity delivering flavors of zesty lemon, green apple, and a hint of grapefruit, perfectly balanced by a savory edge. Its freshness is complemented by a harmonious finish, where all the elements come together, leaving a clean and refreshing aftertaste. An elegant, well-rounded wine that exudes freshness and finesse.
"Tortoreto was born in the center of unspoiled nature where the Gran Sasso behind it and the Adriatic Sea in front of it frame it. Arranged like an amphitheater facing the sea, our vineyards are kissed by a climate that manages to balance the sea breeze and the cold currents of the Gran Sasso. The surrounding hills shelter our vineyards from the currents and the temperature variations between day and night make the grapes ripen slowly, respecting their rhythms. The soils, for the most part calcareous-clayey, are favorable as they allow the roots to go deep and infuse a mineral component to our wines."
