Buoyant, complex and quite dry-tasting Molitor Kabinett , this delivers scents and luscious mouthfuls of ripe kiwi, honeydew melon and lime wreathed in honeysuckle. The delicate, polished palate is absolutely irresistible, and the lingering finish shows hints of oregano/ green herbal pungency. Very fine cut mineral notes.
"At the tender age of 20 Markus Molitor took charge of our estate, which with its 100 ha of vineyard today represents one of the largest family-owned estates of the Mosel. Uncompromising, precise quality craftsmanship – coupled with total respect for nature – are the guiding principle in all our activities in the vineyard and in the cellar. In keeping with the philosophy of natural winegrowing, site-specific individuality, complexity and aging potential, all our wines are fermented with ambient yeasts and without addition of any fining agents or enzymes."
