Dark ruby in colour, black red cherry, and sugar plums on the nose and in the mouth. Silky, powdery tannins support the very juicy flavours and provide support on the long back end.
La Calcinara is a small family run winery in the Conero area, in the region of Marche. Paolo and Eleonora (brother and sister) farm the vineyard organically and biodynamically with very low intervention in the cellar.
