Made from 60% Nero d’Avola and 40% Frappato, this wine comes from estate vineyards in the Fontane district near Vittoria, grown on limestone-rich red clay soils. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in large Slavonian oak casks and cement, it reflects COS’s commitment to organic farming and minimal intervention.
