Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy
Pasubio is a richly alpine-style amaro, offering a harmonious blend of mountain herbs, wild berries, and a signature note of pine resin. The palate is warming, with layers of dark fruit, gentian, and a touch of smoke, all carried by a base of aged wine.
Made by the Cappelletti family, whose herbal craft dates back to 1909, Pasubio reflects the wild, rugged spirit of the Pasubio mountains near Trento. It’s an amaro that’s both approachable and deeply complex, perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or with a splash of tonic or soda.
A classic for those who like their bitters with a walk in the woods.
