Selective harvest by hand during mid October. Destemed. Fermented with wild yeast. Malolactic fermentation. Matured in stainless-steel tanks on the lees. Ripe yellow peach underlaid with nuances of honey, attractive bouquet. Juicy, white fruits, well integrated acidity, citric, fine minerality, orange peel on  the finish!
