Bright, mineral, and strikingly pure, it is a superb expression of Greco di Tufo’s volcanic origins. Aromas of lemon zest, white peach, and chamomile are lifted by delicate notes of mint, kiwi, and crushed stone. On the palate, it’s tense and vibrant, with flavours of pear skin, citrus oil, and saline minerals, carried by a crisp line of acidity and finishing with a fine almond-like bitterness that is signature to the grape.
Made by the Ferrara family in San Paolo di Tufo, this wine comes from organically tended vineyards planted on steep volcanic and clay soils rich in native sulphur. The Ferraras are recognised as one of the most respected producers in the region, known for their commitment to site expression, purity, and precision. A benchmark Greco—zesty, textural, and beautifully food-friendly, perfect with seafood, grilled vegetables, or creamy risottos.
