A blend of Friulano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio. Elegant and finer, oak not as apparent. Peach, pear on the nose, linear, clear fruit. Then bright and focused, with apple, pear and mineral flavours of great intensity and length.
The vineyards are situated in the heart of the Collio, encircling the winery atop the surrounding hills. Here, rows of vines thrive, cultivated with utmost care for the environment and nature, in soil rich in marl and sandstone, known as PONCA, gracing medium to high slopes. Benefiting from the gentle climate of the Collio and the close proximity to both the Adriatic Sea and the Alps, these vineyards enjoy ideal temperature variations, fostering an extended ripening season that contributes to the grapes' optimal development.
