Dried pear, peach, fennel and a suggestion of honey on the perfumed nose. Fleshy, broad and dry in the mouth, offering concentrated orchard/pit fruit flavours that are braced by a spine of juicy acidity.
"Born at St. Sadurní d’Anoia, Ramon Parera and Jordi Arnan, oenologist and agronomist respectively, started the PARDAS project in 1996, with the idea of making the best wine possible at the Can Comas property, becoming viticulturist and winemakers. The Can Comas property is our cultural landscape and also the place where we live."
