A rare expression of Aglianico del Vulture crafted as a white wine. Grown on volcanic soils in Venosa at 400–550 m, the grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, then fermented cool and aged briefly on fine lees. The result is a fresh, zesty wine with citrus and stone-fruit aromas, a mineral edge, and a crisp, savoury finish.
Cantine Madonna delle Grazie is a family-run estate in Venosa, founded in 2003 by Giuseppe Latorraca and his family. With about 8.5 hectares of vineyards dedicated exclusively to Aglianico, they work on volcanic soils surrounding the historic Madonna delle Grazie monastery. Their philosophy is minimal intervention in the cellar, letting the unique character of Mount Vulture and its ancient vines shine through.
