This wine comes from Ngeringa’s east-facing Summit Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, farmed biodynamically for over four decades. Ngeringa is a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in Australia, with a deep commitment to farming in rhythm with nature and crafting wines that speak clearly of their site. Minimal intervention in the winery—no added yeast, no fining, and only a touch of sulfur—allows the purity and energy of the vineyard to shine through in every glass.
