Pale straw. Bright apple and pear aromas and flavors are juicy and clean. Nicely textured and easygoing, culminating in a medium-long, juicy, saline finish that will prompt you to empty your glass fast. A really lovely, uncomplicated aperitif. This does not carry a vintage designation but is a blend of Petite Arvine, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris.
"Les Crêtes was born in 1989 in Aymavilles under the impulse of Costantino Charrère, who with foresight and determination gave birth to one of the most important oenological realities of the Aosta Valley. Constantine’s contribution was providential to renew the Aosta Valley viticulture and raise it to an international level."
