Primary red and dark berries and scents of pungent flowers. Sappy, mineral-tinged raspberry and bitter cherry flavours deepen slowly and become sweeter as the wine opens up. Nicely weighty but vibrant as well, finishing long and juicy.
"Born at St. Sadurní d’Anoia, Ramon Parera and Jordi Arnan, oenologist and agronomist respectively, started the PARDAS project in 1996, with the idea of making the best wine possible at the Can Comas property, becoming viticulturist and winemakers. The Can Comas property is our cultural landscape and also the place where we live."
