Great depth, intensity and sense of ripeness. Savoury, toasted hazelnut and peach on the nose. Expansive on the palate with wet stone, mineral and rich orchard fruit yet there is also a crunchy, juicy sense of cucumber & artichoke. Mouthwatering salinity and crunchy acidity combine for an intriguing finish. Extended pre fermentation skin contact gives this wine its true sense of place.
